You can look at this and wonder how Burton isn't ranked, there is only one paper that knows anything about Burton other than they lost to William Campebell in the state title game last year.

I wonder why Burton isn't even in the top 5? I only see 2 SWVA teams ranked. One of them deservedly so and the other, I don't know about that.

The AP polls in VA are a joke. Always have been, always will. You have one newspaper west of I-77 voting and only two west of the Blue Ridge.

Really surprised to not see the Roanoke Times on that list. But even with them, that would result in only 3 voters west of the Blue Ridge.

A very eastern VA slanted travashamockery.
